The Speaker waived the House Special Committee on Fisheries referral           
for the following at the request of Representative Hudson, Chair:              
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 171 am                                                        
"An Act relating to the release of certain records and reports                
required by the Department of Fish and Game regarding fish,                    
shellfish, or fishery products and reports of fish buyers and                  
processors; relating to the transfer of land to the state; and                 
providing for an effective date."                                              
                                                                               
SB 171 am was removed from the House Special Committee on                      
Fisheries and referred to the Resources Committee.
